Pool Light

This is one from my series of nudes at the Columbia Art Gallery in Hood River, OR. I photographed my model almost 30 years ago and finally got around to painting this image a couple of months ago. I'm glad I waited because I think I did a bit better than I would have back then when the most I knew about oil was that most cars took about 4 quarts and it needed occasional changing. 12" X 16" oil on stretched canvas. Under the Lyseloma

This 9 X 12 nude was shown and sold at the UNCLAD 2010 show held at the Gallery by the Bay in Washington. Another day I'll post the other one that sold.
